The beneficiaries of this event include Lambda Community Fund, Breaking Barriers, W.E.A.V.E., Sunburst Projects, Capital City AIDS Fund, and others. These worthy organizations provide outreach programs and services for the gay & lesbian community, women in crisis, and children born and living with HIV and AIDS, and others in the greater Sacramento area.

Rainbow Festival is soliciting corporate partnerships to raise additional money to help support the costs of our entertainment and other programs. This allows us to donate a greater portion of the revenue generated directly to charity. Your participation in this event will widen the exposure of your business not to only Sacramento, but also to customers from Northern California and the Western United States. In the six days preceding the Street Fair, parties and events are scheduled in the venues surrounding 20th & K Streets. These events feature various local charity groups and social organizations, headline entertainment and more.

This year we are including major named entertainment on the street during the festival. Rainbow Festival has become Sacramento’s most popular street fair event – and has been voted the favorite outdoor special event by Sacramento News & Review and The Sacramento Bee twice! We want to continue our growth well in to the future… and to do so, we need your assistance.
